If a second exchange is requested, the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

15. What happens to my discount code if I cancel or return my order?
If the order was cancelled due to an issue from our side (such as a wrong or defective item), your discount code will remain valid.
If you cancel for other reasons, the promo code cannot be reused.
16. My payment was successful but my order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

17. The product price dropped after I ordered. Can I get a refund for the difference?
