1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  2. Our customer service team will reply with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Carefully pack the item(s) and ship them back to us.

3. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive your return.

  • Exchanges will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
